You may be required to register with our platform to access certain services such as the Quiz Engine, Video Lessons, and Public Rating systems. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

3. Student Conduct & Content

Smart X Academy provides a "Faculty Feedback" system. You agree that all reviews and comments will be constructive, respectful, and related to educational experiences. We reserve the right to remove feedback that contains harassment, personal attacks, or violates the integrity of our platform.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on our platform—including video lessons, text, graphics, logos, and quizzes—is our proprietary property and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior written permission.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
